Observation

WAC 110-300-0356(3): The site is only licensed for toddler and preschool age children, and they have turned one of the classrooms into a school age classroom which exceeds the age range stated on their current childcare license. WAC 110-300-0356(5): At the time of the site visit the site was mixing toddler and preschool aged children (and are not licensed for a mixed age group room) and were at a capacity of 18 children on the playground which exceeds the total number of total capacity allowed for the youngest in the age group.
